Return and Exchange Policy

To start a return or exchange, contact megelinomnilux@gmail.com and share your order number, return reason, and photos of the item you would like to send back. We will walk you through each step of the process. Every return is reviewed by MEGELIN.

Please Note

For safety and hygiene purposes, MEGELIN currently does not provide free return or exchange service for cases unrelated to product quality issues. For non-product-quality returns, a restocking fee of 10% - 20% will be applied.

Return Fee Criteria

To keep shipping smooth, limit unexpected costs, and properly inspect and recycle returned goods, a return fee may be required. This fee includes the return shipping fee and restocking fee, and the final amount may differ depending on order status and the condition of the returned item(s).

Cancellation Policy for Orders

Order cancellation applies only to products that have not yet been shipped.

For cancellations requested for personal reasons, regardless of when the order was placed, a fee of 5% of the original total order value will be charged.
If the order has already shipped, it will be processed under the return policy.

Policy for Defective Products

MEGELIN products are carefully inspected before delivery to help ensure high quality. However, damage may occasionally occur during transport or due to other unexpected circumstances. If you receive a damaged product, please do not use it and take a photo as proof right away. Send the photo to our customer service team, and we will arrange a replacement shipment promptly. Please also return the damaged item so we can identify and correct the issue and help prevent it from happening again.

Return and Exchange Requirements

Under our guarantee policy, after you successfully begin a return or exchange by contacting MEGELIN customer service, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  1. All items must be sent back in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all labels still attached.
  2. All items must be returned with the original packaging, and every item must be included in one package.
  3. Returns/exchanges can only be accepted from the country or region where the order was originally delivered. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from the United States.
  4. Customized items are not eligible for return. If a product shows wear or changes compared with its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
  5. Free gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that these rules apply to all return and exchange requests except those related to defective products.

Return Conditions We Cannot Accept

  1. Any product not purchased through megelinomnilux.com.
  2. If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, or any other included items are missing or damaged.
  3. Products with physical damage or obvious signs of improper use.
  4. Products with stains, including scratches, food stains, oil stains, etc.
  5. The order is more than 60 days from the purchase date.

How the Return Process Works

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team (megelinomnilux@gmail.com) to begin the return process and provide the following information: order number, proof of purchase, video, or photos of the faulty product.
  • Step 3: Place the receipt together with the items back into the original packaging.
  • Step 4: Contact the courier directly and hand over the package for delivery.
  • Step 5: Send the logistics tracking number back to us by email (megelinomnilux@gmail.com).

Refund Timeline

If the return is started successfully and the product is received successfully, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. For returns, megelinomnilux.com does not refund shipping costs.

After your package arrives, please allow 7-14 business days, depending on peak periods, for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once the return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
